Hey guys, the stock front 6-inch speakers doesnt bless much of us with clarity. I've recently bought Clarion splits and is having trouble fitting it in. I don't want to yank anything out.

Just wondering has anyone modified the front speaker/splits yet ??

shouldnt be too much hassle man... might just need to modify the actual speaker hole... the magnets too big??.. either cut the metal or do wat EK9 from the forums did... its kinda a DIY article,

you just need a spacer for the door speaker pod. I changed mine with Focal and put a spacer (can't remember how thick the spacer is though)...
the tweeter, however, is a bitch to put in because of the miniature size of the stock tweeter. I ended up having bluetack to hold my tweeter in place.
