    Bucket seat installation for ek

    hey i got a pair of bucket seats and i dont know how to DIY, no can i be bothered.

    does anyone know how much it will cost approximately and anywhere cheap in the sydney area?

    at least 200 for one seat.

    they not cheap...
    so i would recommended might as well get da seat brackets from JAPAn..or soemthing...

    there's a guy selling in traders...sellng brackets i think...check him out.

    they come with rails but they dont fit the original Brackets

    i don't think it'll be safe if u do a DIY installation of any kind of seat... you are making it unsafe!!! not recommended imo... go buy urself a set of rails. safety first.

    If you have the rails then you need the brackets to suit your car..

    What brand bucket seat is it??
    From the top of my head for Recaro or Sparco you'll looking roughly at $300...
    per seat that is...

    Expensive, but they are DIY and you won't have problems with safety as long as you tighten the bolts properly...

    I got a quote for 400 for both seats installed? what u guys think, in engineer cert as well.

    400 for both seats including eng cert...it's a bargain mate.

    Yeah. You need to get the mod plate as well.
