    Fitting Air Filter onto my EK1

    Hey guys

    Well here's the situation..

    i just bought a HKS filter for my EK1 Hatch 96 but the pipe that came with it doesn't bolt on the same as mine =[

    so basically all i wanna know is how do i fix this problem
    does anyone know any places i could go to and get a pipe and get it fitted on for me cheap ^^

    can u explain that a bit better mate??

    u have hks filter? what 3" ID and ur trying to fit it to stock intake pipe? u have taking out the box yeah??

    yeh if you want it to fit to your throttle bodie pipe.. its a 3 inch diameter so simply get some 3 inch piping and the pod will fit on the other end, so basically its a joiner.

    most commonly used 3 inch pipe would be mild steel from an exhaust place, they would probably give you an off cut, or if they are tight charge you a couple of dollars just paint it black, or pvc piping from a plumber same 3 inch

    maybe u can try to get adapter first or piping, then u can instal air filter

    thanks did it today got a 3" pipe shoved it on and made some dodgy bracket for it muhaha thanks guys
