well the good thing about mongoose is that every model is upgradable, so if you buy the base series which is just the siren and 2nd stage sensor etc, you can just upgrade it with ultrasonic sensors and glass break sensors which are just plug in and play.

im not too sure if the rhinos can do this. there is a mongoose wholesaler at hornsby the no. is 9482 4444 speak to paul and he will help you out

flashpoint is pretty good as well, Ive had that in the teg for a little while, and i like it. The rhino(GTS model) i used to have in my crx i used to get the occasional false alarm when i was sleeping at 4 in the morning. But yea, other than that, they are both good alarms. I got my flashpoint one from lifestyle at parra as well, theyre pretty good, and dont butcher your car, I was watching them install

Ive got a mongoose alarm in my dc2. Initially, however i had a lot of trouble afterwards with the central locking. Having said that, it was the installer's fault not the product. Good and effective alarm, just sensitive to my liking. Mine was a mx40 and i cant remember exactly what i paid for it but from the top of my head 300 - 350 rings a bell.
