    Incar VIdeo Camera

Has anyone mounted a camera in their car?

Just wondering if anyone has any recommendations on the best way to mount one/gear that can be used to mount one?

in the gen 2 CRX you can use a full sized tripod in the rear.
extend the two legs, have the third one short and on top the storage box. use 1 occy strap between the two seatbelt points and behind the tripod legs. the 3rd leg you occy/ tie to the spare wheel mounting point. Just run the rope though the gap between rear board and storage box.

With my wide angle lens it’s mounted perfectly and can see each edge of the windshield and down to the gear knob.

Heres a link to an easy DIY camera mount for people without bucket seats.

i used a big suction cap for the back window, with a special mount for the camera. i found that works best. got a view of the driver + windscreen.
