[EURO] Comptech Short Shifter - HELP

    Hi guys,

I am having difficulty pulling the upper box out (the one above ashtray)

Instruction says pull bottom edge, but theres nowhere for me to grip to pull.... Is the design of our storage box different to the US? I drive a 05 model, is that different?

Please help, I been trying to pull the thing out for over an hours...

Congratulation. You will love the new short shift.. Give you even more sporty feel of the car.

I am lucky, coz I got baboo and Matell 2 pair of experienced hands to install for me.

but Learner (ozHonda member) helped me with the install of the icebox... and i think we got the wrong bracket (refer to other thread)...

he had a test-drive and he seem to LOVE it... says the shifter is VERY sweet hehe

Yeah the Comptech Shortshifter is one essential mod for manual euro owners... It makes the gear changes short and slick...

Its advisable to by a hex key so u can screw the hex screws in.. If not it will be wobbly.. U don't need to put the Loctite glue in if u just screwed in the hex screws.. The hex screws will hold the shortshifter without the need for the loctite glue..
