    Hello guys.

Well it is time to expand the site! I have drafted a website and loaded it into a staging server. I want to make sure everything is fine before put it up to live and I (we all) need YOUR help!

Give me some feedback on whats done so far. I will be workin on it all weekend so I will post updates to it in THIS thread.

    Example feedback might be:

    Do you like the colour?
    Layout?
Does it run on your computer?
    Does it load quick?
    etc.

    Thanks a lot!

Not too sure about having the top section (with S2000 pic) and links stay there when clicking on the forums link. Also, if we have a cover page it should be colour matched to the rest of the site/forums. That's all for now...

And on the effort, your work doesn't go unnoticed.

I think you should design it for 800x600 as a few people still view pages at that res.

    Thanks for the feedback.

I have made the top bar a lot smaller now (so it doesn't take up all your screen when browsing forums)

I have made the logo/s2k pic smaller also to cater for 800x600

There's still a lot i have to do Stay tuned!

How about, when scrolling down, the top bar doesn't stay there. It's a bit annoying when browsing forums having this large top section with the logo and picture always there.

Yeah I agree with vti-2. Just have it at the top of the page, and don't let it stay there as we scroll (IE don't make it a frame I guess).

Looks like the forum is going to get integrated into the site.....hmmm...

the website seems to be going backwards. it was much better the way you had it in version 1.

    its all over the place.

I was reading through the members rides thread after i clicked on 'view posts since last visit' and the 2 white side bars showed up as frames and covered half the screen. with 2 scroll bars one on the outside where they are normaly, and one on the inside of the 2 white margins.

the top title bar looks a bit boring, maybe try and put some texture in the blue, or a different car.
