is it possible to fit the 3rd gen rear lights (with the clear blinkers) on to a 89 moodel?
also can u get clear tail lights for the 3rd gen?

A 3rd Gen is a 89 model...
3rd Gen started in 88 to 91 (correct me if i'm wrong)

On the 91 Prelude the blinkers are clear, as for brake lights and that being clear i have seen them!
I'm not 100% sure where you could get them but i'm sure most places could order them for you!

So the answer is YES you can fit them!
