exhaust shops will be able to make an adaptor for any pipe size difference!

but try and keep the inlet 2.5" or under

hey mate if u want a canon style muffler for ur accord, i have a mate in melb that can get them for u at a decent price. they r good mufflers, i have one myself, and ive purchased 6 more off him aswell. im also in syd btw, so i can vouch for this guy. if ur interested pm me for his number. he can get CAI's and pods aswell for only honda cars. also racing ignition leads for hondas.

Canon mufflers don't sound good on 4 banger NA cars IMO.

Not sure about the Accord, but I know it sounds crap on civics and integras (when outside VTEC anyway).

its actually quite opposite on my car, from 1000rpm to 4000rpm my exhaust gives me a nice deep rumble kinda sound, then after 4000 the air filter really screams wen vtec kicks in.
maybe coz its a bigger engine. bah. i dunno.

The cannon that i've heard on an accord sounded absolutely terrible, like a bee that was retarded or something

I dont know if it was that one in particular but i wont be taking a chance on a cannon after hearing that one. Well that and cos i want a more subtle exhaust

I think all Hondas are like that. above 4500 rpm, the exhaust note dies out and you can only hear the screaming engine......sweet sound that....... :P .
