r/s ratio, reliability?

hi all, i currently own a 89 4ws prelude and am thinkin of turboing it, including forged internals and all microtec the lot. the thing im worried about is the reliability of my motor becoz my bore is 81 n stroke is 95, i hav read that it puts alot of force into my block coz of the long stroke any other suggestions or will my blok hold in ther .
btw im thinkin of a t28 turbo and running stock boost no massive boosts if that helps
