    Euro wiper blade replacement

    Has anyone replaced their wiper blades on the Euro?

    I just spend 20 minutes at Supercheap auto going through every blade they sell (huge wall of them!) - none of them is long enough for the driver side blade.

    What is going on? It is a hassle to get these from Honda parts

    cmon - these are blades - should be available at most automotive places.

    I looked at all the Bosch blades at Supercheap. I just checked the Bosch catalogue too (Bosch being the biggest blade manufacturer in the world) - the longest blade they make for any car is 24 inch.

    The Euro driver's side blade is longer than 24 - I need at least 25 inch!

    Tried looking for a set too a few months back LOL... It's all a plot to get owners to buy the wipers from Honda, they make unreasonably long lengths that the current market doesn't supply so that we will buy it from the dealership and pay crazy loads of money for it...

    Looks like the Euro driver's side is 26". Not an easy size to find:

    Someone on Acura-tsx.com got the PIAA blades in that size - paid $50 USD!

    * PIAA Wiper Blade BLACK SINGLE 16 (400mm) Blade # 5 # 93040
    * PIAA Wiper Blade BLACK SINGLE 26 (650mm) Blade # 82 # 93065

    I replaced the wiper blades on my Euro just a few weeks ago. Don't bother with aftermarket rubbers, the quality generally sucks. Bought both wiper inserts from my local Honda dealer, had them on the shelf, $27.00 for both including GST.

    The fuss is that not everyone lives close to a Honda dealer. It would be good to buy these at the local service station or automotive store.
