interesting that you can spin through second gear, i can't get anything more than a hearty little chirp.
what tyres were you using?

haha he had no name ones man. the tyres. the mags were steelies, i think he wheel spins because of the treads hes using, he even spins 3rds sumtimes. because hes cars very light and he has a b18c with no LSD it spins more then it should. more spin = less speed

yeah man i couldnt believe it either, i was spining all of first and then when i shifted to 2nd my revs just kept hiting 8200 rpm like bang...bang..bang,and i could just hear the rubber scraping the earth with no chirping sound then as soon as i shifted to 3rd i got traction lol i have no LSD and my tires were kumhos and was on 21 psi nothing special

nice, even with shitty tyres you'd need to be making good power to spin through second gear... i can only do it in the wet

i had a 3 puck last time i went to wsid, and it was still reasonably fresh at the time, so i don't think it was slipping. the car must be making decent power to spin like that in the dry.

yes standard transmission with lighten fly wheel and exedy clutch,i was spining all of 2nd gear and gaining speed at the same time + redline
