Question Which Motul Oil Rating most suitable for Euro

I,m sorry to bring this up guys I know oil has been talked about so much but with so many suggestion do not know how to make my mind up.

Last oil change @ 10,000km I used Fuchs 0w-20 oil which seems to be a bit to thin after all.

Today am going to exchange it so what do you think is really best out of the premium range of motul to best suit a Euro

    a. 300V Power 5w-40

    b. 300V Chrono10w-40

    c. 300V Power 5w-30

All oils are fully synthetic & have Motuls Double Ester Technology

r u going to change the oil every 5000km? if so, you dun need that expensive oil at all...
anyway, all three above should be okay for your euro...

If you do 10,000km in around 12mth or more, is it too long for the oil?

I know it's a big different for 10,000km to be done in 3 to 6 mths.

10,000km or 6 months is ok. All 3 grades can provide adequate protection for the Euro. The specs is 1 step from 10W-30. So these are ok:
    5w-20
    5w-30
    5w-40
    10w-20
    10w-30
    10w-40
    15w-20
    15w-30
    15w-40

Of course some are better for certain conditions, so 5w-20 might be too thin for summer.

So, anyone just using honda's FEO 10w30? Note that dealer oil is mostly NOT honda's own oil....

Yeah, my dealer puts in Magnatec! I think it is 10w-40. I'm going to put in Formula R 5w-30 at my next service in 2 months.

Dealer uses Magnatec FMX that is 10W-30, I believe, not your standard 10W-40 that you can buy from the shops.

    is FMX semi-synthetic or full?
I know my dealer uses the crappy mineral version. You can buy it for $24 at super cheap, but the dealer charges $45. I'm bringing in my own oil next service.

Try going to another dealer or change oil yourself.

So far this dealer has been ok with regards to rattles and squeaks. So I'll BYO oil this time. They also do the car wash with a high pressure spray, so no swirls from them too.
