Get the engine number and we can give you more info.

16 valve civic engines of that year come in SOHC, SOHC VTEC, and DOHC non-VTEC configurations here in Australia.......so its hard to say what engine it is and how much power it makes.

EDIT: They can even be carb, EFI, 1.3L, 1.5L or 1.6L. I'm sure you get the drift now

I found what I was lookin for, brown top uses vacuum advance dizzy whereas black top use electronic advance dizzy. DOes this mean the swap would be difficult ie does it require loom and ecu swap? or is there some way of getting around this.

i got browntop zc in my old skool integra, i wanna convert to electronic advance dizzy so its has more tuneablity. need new ecu,dizzy,loom. check out www.d-series.org and also www.g1teg.org got heaps of d16a and zc info.
