Springs installation..

Hi guys, i just bought some second hand super low king springs, just wondering if anyone could reccommend a place or someone trustworthy that could install springs for a EM1 for a fair price.. does a 2" drop, sit well on 17"s? like atleast guard to rubber?

btw a 2inch drop should just sit on the rubber IMO
