    K20a ALL MOTOR CIVIC

Well the time has come to step up. We've just bought a K20a half cut to put into our 85 civic. Our best time with the B16a is 13.42 and best mph was 103 with 100kw at the wheels. With this engine we are looking for 140kw atw with intake, exhaust and K-PRO. With this car we won the first sports compact round at Jamboree in ALL MOTOR. Hopefully we can get the car ready for the second round at WSID. Updates as we have them

thanks paul1985....Still haven't taken delivery of the half cut.. Will need to fabricate custom engine mounts and want to get billet axles.

Current fuel system on our civic should be adequate but will need to buy an aftermarket fuel rail (any sugestions?). Just getting parts together in the next couple of weeks.

Heres a pic of what we bought

everyone in the US seems to be using golden eagle and/AEM fuel setups (rail, lines and FPR)

If u need parts for this project, i suggest PM'ing EG5 or check out his trader section on here under "JDM Yard", he is a trader and may very well be able to source u K-series parts.

You could probably get mounts imported so u dont have to have custom ones made up, there are also a few sets of axles already made for this setup u can buy from hybrid-racing and hasport (and a few other companies i think)... try www.hybrid-racing.com and www.hasport.com .. also be sure to check out www.k20a.org all the info u will ever need for this swap will be on that forum.

    Best of luck dude
good to see there are more people in Aust giving the K a go.
