    DOSHBTEK: hehe yeah, I am thinking of insuring the car (with the k) but might be a waste of money if I don't get the value I want.. but then again I'll be hesitant to run it on the street without it. Hoping to respray the car so the show will sorta match it's go (if it ever can hehe)

    Ferrari: not to sure on the exact figure but being a 2001-2004 model in Japan I estimate aroung 30,000-50,000k's.

    Tinkerbell: yeah not to many jdm k20's around.. I think I got the only one around at the moment.

    Just to make clear to everybody what I bought for my money:-

    * K20a Engine (with all manifolds)
    * 6 speed gearbox
    * Wiring harness, fusebox and all sensors
    * JDM ECU
    * Axles/driveshafts

    So not exactly a half cut but almost everything I need for the conversion

    Hey guys. To update the B16 engine has been taken out and put into another 86 AH civic hatch I bought as a daily and will be used for the next round of the sports compact series while the K20 is completed. The K20 has been fitted in the engine bay and fits without much trouble. Mounts are currently being tacked up with steel to be used as a template for alloy mounts to be fitted. Will post up pics soon

    haha,

    Thats a mighty big engine for such a little car, lol.

    It looks like it should lift the back wheels off the ground!!

    Top work, look forward to reading more!

    ~Benny.
