    Turbo EM1 Install

    Hi peeps,

Just thought I would post this up on Ozhonda as I know some people will be interested in following the build up of my EM1

The car was going to be sold off for a wrx but since there was no interest and people persuading me to keep it, im continuing with the turbo conversion.

Im open to any ideas or critisicm aswel

    Setup so far

    Blox turbo manifold
    T3 Turbo
    600x300 Intercooler
    440 RC Injectors
    Tunertoys oil lines
    Ecu conversion harness
GFB blow off valve & autometer boost gauge

Intercooler and exhaust piping are going to be made by myself mainly because I have access to the tools.. work on that will start this week

Hopefully I should double the power of the civic at the moment, so looking for about 150-160 kw at the wheels and a 13 second pass on street tyres

A big thankyou goes out to Pete (poid) for all his help, I certainly wouldnt be doing this now if it wasnt for him. Better not forget CL455 either, because the car would have been sold

    UPDATE:

Test fit of the intercooler, measured up the intercooler pipe lenths, bracket lengths to hold the intercooler & checked the front bar fit

    Regards,
    Ben

160kW with a T3 is VERY VERY EASILY attainable with that setup. I make that at 4.5psi, similar setup. Assuming of course the T3 is your average run of the mill .48AR airresearch/garett type T3

As an estimate, 200kw should be a realistic goal for 10psi.

    Good Luck, keep us posted
