I have heard of a 02 cel coming on when the stock o2 sensor is hooked up and the ecu is set to closed loop disable, seems to be from the o2 sensor actually being there that causes the problem.

However, it's not an intermitent, turn on and off kind of thing

good news in that it isn't from being in open loop

it's still giving you a cel, so there's something else amiss

If you want, you can email me the bin file you're using and I can diagnose if its an open loop problem.... highly doubt it though.

If it is, add this to the bug list.

It happens probably once a day? about 10minutes after warmup? and doesnt come back again, even if u cycle? Its the o2 cell.

Its happens with hondata and it is a bug they havnt fixed.
