Honestly anything can be done, but if you build a engine for 25psi, there’s no reason you can’t run 45psi !

    Research and set a budget

I love turbo d's... so underrated and so much more capable than people think

at least out here in the states, you can build up a d16 capable of 25psi for the cost of swapping in a stock b18c5

that's a no brainer to me

for a street car, I wouldn't try for more than 250ish whp though... going to have too many traction problems otherwise

yeah i realise 30 psi is a lil un achievable but i honestly hope for around 160kw if i can achieve this in my d i wont really need to do a conversion. So how ever much boost i need to run to get to that.

I read last night that people have put sohc vtec heads ontop of the d series to increase power with a turbo. Can i do this with mine (d16y4)? or am i retarded first i didnt think it was possible but i read of at least 2 people doing it?

running a good turbo setup wouldnt need you to run high boost to hit 160fwkw, possibly 12psi.
