I like the idea of it being team Honda. It sounds right, but I really dont see the actual benefit for the team. No matter how much Button raves about it, it's still the same situation with the same guys trying hard to win. But less money from BAT.

Maybe someone can explain how the team will benefit from it.

Viv, there will be the whole concept of having the car built "as a total package". So Honda doesnt focus solely on the engine, they will do things like focus on the engine in relation to the rest of the chassis.

Before you start, they already must be doing this to some degree, but having it flow from the one thought will definately give the whole overall package more coherency.

well Honda as a full factory team next yr
and rumoured to be suppliying a customer engine to an as yet unnamed team
(Sato may drive for this unnamed team)

i hope they do go well

i wish they supplied to williams for next yr. think about it. williams - honda. and the whole connection with the buttongate saga. Sato could have gone to williams as there's a spare seat since Heidfeld left
