    Ebay Struts.

hey guys, wondering if anyone has bought any struts from Ebay. The ones from the US made from "light weight aluminum".

i heard that some of these items are crap, as in you can bend it with your bare hands.

yes, they are crap, i highly suggest you to buy a brand name one ,like kyb or tokico, koni, first two are not that expensive, it will just give you a peace of mind, ebay one might be ok for a while then break down, then you have to buy another one get install ,why bother, should just do right at first time ,never regret, my Gfriend got me tokico from US,: )

Some bars also are said to have problems with fitment as well.
See a good post? Give it a PQ point.

this is a perfect example of what sinister is posted up in the lounge about BS comments,, if u dont know shid dont post, and don discourage someone in buying something just cause u payed alot more and got the same thing, why would u have problems fitting a ebay one and no problem fitting ones u buy from elsewhere?
just depends on the shape of the strut. my mate has ebay struts and its worked fine for him for a year now with no probs...

Good. Bare in mind I paid $50 for this bar. It is not going to bend inside the car.
