how much boost are u running? how much pressure drop does the cooler give u? what turbo are u running, i think one that size might create a bit of lag depending on the hairdrier and boost ure running. what engine size is it?

what do you guys think of running an evo cooler or a galant cooler... one of those smaller ones. or even the new falcon coolers. they are small. do you think its enough for running 5psi

coolers on the 4g engines are good for 1.5 bar, its more than enough.

some turbo setups dont even run coolers on small psi setups, all it does is allows a better tune and allows u to run slightly higher boost

i just finished fitting my cooler on the type r.... it was kinda trial and error ...... but after welding a couple of brackets , and cutting a lil of the inside of the bar ...... she looks shmiko!!!! and i managed to keep the front brace! so all those who say it cant be done .... it can , with a little hard work.

i wish mine dide that....... but back to the topic at hand. spoon-accord , unles you have a welder and the patients to make brackets to bolt to the car , its just a matter of sitting in fronton the car with a whiteboard marker , a tape measure and a level ... working out the position you want the cooler to sit in and just work out a way of making it happen.
good luck champ , its a real ball buster.

This is where we all thank god that the stock DA integra bumper suppots in Australia are the tiny little JDM ones which don't go over the radiator at all. Death in an accident but nice and lightweigh baby!

Intercooler glory soon to come haha!
