I watch WRC and F1 in detail...
I also like watching the Australian GTP's
I do watch the V8's but i don't follow them alot...

Also a fan of the sports touring championship in the US - wierd combinations of cars, like BMWZ4's, Old Audi A4 Quattros, DC2 Integra GSRs and DC5 RSX-S, and non-turbo supras - wierd, but tops to watch
