    Manual Conversion Accord 2000

    Hey guys,
    Just wandering ahs anyone converted a 2000 model accord into manual before? Was it costly?

    i think ppl say its very costly its better off jst buying a half cut or jst sell ur car n buy another one = ]

    the current market price of your accord + the money that is going to be used to convert your accord = 2nd hand 2003 accord euro

    Do you have an I4 accord? It would probably be easier to sell the auto and buy a manual.

    No i still own a 5th gen, but i really like the latter model except for the fact that i havnt come across a manual one. Did they come out in manual?

    I've driven a 2000 Accord I4 manual in NZ. Didn't enjoy it one bit. The V6 is auto only.

    It's heavy, not as fast even though it had more HP. And you sat very high up compared to the 5th gen.

    The 5th gen fits like a glove compared to the 6th gen.

    Raz (although the 6th gen looks mint done up IMO)

    You're thinking of getting a 6th Gen Accord I take it?

    I believe Australia didn't get a manual option for the 6th Gens. So if you were to do a manual conversion, you might have to search outside Australia for a manual 6th Gen Accord and that's where the cost will be IMHO.

    Manuals came in 4 cyl Vti/Vti-L models in aus delivered 6th gens.

    Jimmeh, 6th gens do come out in manual, ive seen a few around sydney, but in saying that, they are very rare...
