    The brake pads are definately different on the dc4 compared to the dc2, so the calipers would be different, but i wouldnt think that there would be much difference in compatibility if you were to put the spoon calipers on the dc4. I think they would fit, and even if they didnt it wouldnt take much to make them fit. i suggest checking out the US forums as they have plenty of this stuff in them.

    jdm dc5r brembos on a dc2r will require 17" rims to clear it..

    Yeah, absolutely, couldn't agree with you more. I would jump at the chance to use a caliper that uses OEM sized pads and OEM sized rotors for slightly better brake feel at huge expense. Go Spoon!

    changed my mine to spoon caliper!!!
    but wondering.... if i change to spoon caliper, then front only ? or rear as well...
    what about pads... which brand do you guys recomend?

    so r u saying the SPOON caliper wouldnt be obviously noticed by daily driving? only when barking at high speed? or track?
