    hey guys....

    just wondering.....

    how much it costs?

    what does it involve?

    is it worth it?

can it be done fro any car?
    when do we hit vtec?

depends upon what car....because im sure most manual transmissions DO NOT hook up at all to Auto engines ....IE you will have to rip out the entire engine too. AND change some mounting and this and that and get it engineered and blah blah....

While.....manuals are cheaper than autos in the first place.JUST get a manual !

agreed. don't waste your money man ... overall it's not worth it ... if you want a manual ... find a manual example of the car you want. belive me ... you can spend your money on better things ...

A friend of mine did a conversion like that, he bought the exact same car in manual, did the transplant and sold of the car he bought(manual) as an auto and the $$$ made paid off the labour and required parts..

Like the others mentioned, it's a hassle but if you have the time and money to spend, you can do it no dramas.

wow, he must have loads of $$$...
yeah, it really isn't worth the conversion
unless you really thirst to push out more power from your auto transmission that infact you get to a point with too much power and you have no choice but to get a manual conversion.
