    "Motor" Dc2r vs DC5r/s vs DC5s

    just to see if have any of u guys read the article in the current issue of Motor comparing dc2r, dc5r/s and dc5s

    it's interesting to see what are your thoughts on the artcle?

    interesting test.... very fair comparison only thing the DC2 had toyo tyres

    All 3 cars were within .05 sec in lap times, so nothing really between them. Each car hads it's strengths but the DC2 came out on top by the smallest margin.

    ....read the article thoroughly...........only thing missing is an explanation for the DC2R's lack of speed at the Flip - Flop; 141km/h as opposed to DC5R 147km/h.

    i think the lack of speed at the flip flop compared to the DC5R would be because the DC2R was lacking (compared to the iVTEC DC5R) mid range power and since after the suttons theres a while where u have to go through 3rd gear midrange and 4th gear midrange, the DC2R would loose out quite a bit, and if u look at the speed (VBOX) of the cars, DC5R makes its biggest comeback on the straight away there

    I read this article and was very pleased with the result (go DC2, it's the best article about comparing Type Rs I have read.
