    spoon springs are amazing. Seriously the suspension on my car rocks, i ahve spoon springs matched with spoon shocks.

    u cant really compare..
    I have got the specs for spoon coilovers for the EK:
    Spoon Full Coilovers - 300/240

    but the Springs on the ClubRSX for dc5 were :
    Front - 7.4(std2.8~4.6)
    Rear - 8.2(std3.0~8.0)
    which are harder than that of the EK



    Dont chose b/w brand.. chose b/w specs (relative brand and price comparison )
