    ^ sounds like the throttle was previously adjusted to compensate for bad idling.

    They should have fixed the source of the problem (clean the throttle body) before adjusting the idle speed - which is generally a temporary fix.

    you guys should try threebond its spray out foam.. basicly just spray half a bottle in ur throttle and flood it leave it 5 - 10mins watever tickle mood and then start ur car.. warning it will produce big big white smoke and really smelly and just spray the rest of the bottle while the car running.. i find out this product works better then nulon etc cause its a foam type and will stick on the wall of ur IM and eats all the crap away best product to use for it
