Hi, i own both 2005 and 2007 Civic Hybrids that are sold in Aus. I found 2005 one to be very reliable and excellent car. It gave me all thats promised off the Civic Hybrid and i am still quite happy with it. the Dealers were Scotts honda Artarmon and they did a pretty good job. Had no problems with anything.

The 2007 hybrid seems to be a lot better than the 2005 Hybrid but...BUTTTT The dealers this time were Tynan Motors, Sutherland and i am in the process of sorting ut the following with the 2007 model: Brakes and Window Tint bubbles. I just received the 07 model yesterday. But am hoping the 07 hybrid will out-perform 05 hybrid in every way....i soooo badly hope.

Anyone has got some experiences to share????

    Arrow Hybrid Pics....

Guys, will post some pics of the Hybrids i own soon. The looks are nice....but there are many on the web as well. Just search for them as Honda Civic Hybrid, and maybe add another switch '2005" or "2007" etc on Google. Should find many pics....

    Ciao.

Thumbsup to 2007 Honda Civic....it is definitely a better car, The Best Hybrid so far and made on a very intelligent Civic design. But choose your dealer carefully, a good dealer will do a good job, a mediocre one will do accordingly. Cheers.

And the dealer problem will take place with almost any car. I have heard stories about Lexus and Volkswagen. So not to blame Honda as the only brand name with issues....its a dealer problem and can happen with any vehicle. My colleagues at work are into those other two vehicle makes and it is true.

i dont like them, i hate the CVT, they are not that good on petrol and still not much evidence to say they are that good for the enviroment....

save urself 10k and buy Vti civic!
im not biased, i just tell it how it is.
