    94 CD5 Stock Head Unit Removal

    Hey guys i just picked up my new pioneer headunit im just trying to decide weather it would b better to pay a audio place to fit it or weather i do it my self cause i have fitted head units before but i was told its a bitch to get the dash apart?

    i was just wonderin if neone has fitted a pioneer unit to their accord n if so was it a difficult task. if theres a DIY for this install that would b a big help 2.

    take it to a pro, it will cost you no more than $100 to get it fitted correctly.

    The trouble with 5th gen accords is that you will need some custom mounts etc etc to secure the new HU properly.

    I used it for mine and it was almost 100% correct. It was pretty easy.

    Just a matter of finding all the screws and undoing them.

    do it your self, its easy

    go to supa cheep and get one of them connectors that plugs into the honda radio loom, and wire that to the stereo, so you leave the factory wiring alone
