Ozhonda server move - Take 2

Since the last server move we've had nothing but issues!

So we are now moving back onto a faster server which should eliminate all the timeouts and errors when loading pages.

So the shutdown time will be 8:30pm AEST, Thursday 9 February 2006 and last approximately 1 hour.
