cams on B18A1.. How much power??

hey peepz.. bigger cams has been a silent craze.. i just wana know if i changed the cams in my car.. how much power gain should i expect.. and does anybody have any suggestions on what cams??

also.. will having VTEC cams do much?? for example type R cams or vti-r cams.. but then again will this even work lol...

look into an LS/vtec head swap on www.team-integra.net, and www.honda-tech.com

If you're looking for the right parts there was a for sale thread not too long ago selling most parts needed for the ls/vtec swap. hit up joneblaze.

hey locote! did u end up going with the crowers with the 15.25? or do you think an LS/vtec swap would be better worth the troubles/time/money?

crowers are sitting in my spare room

i might take it down in a few weeks.
ive added a SRI since 15.25
wanna try and get into 14s with out crowers.
need new tyres but last time i was there struggled for grip.

as far as future mods for me go.
getting a ful PnP head, with crowers and a skunk2 intake mani.
saying good bye to N/A early next year but

Vtec cams will not fit a non vtec head..
how can u answer a power gain question.. theres a million (exaggeration) diff cams that will give u diff figures.. not to forget other mods + tuning..
