Perhaps. On the shape, Honda plays their cards close to their chest, but the specs for the new machine have been complete for 8-12 months. There are reports of a 3.5L VTEC V-8 with 5 valves producing 400 hp and perhaps a GT version with 4.0L's and 430 hp. Honda sources however, say that only one engine, the 4.0L V-8 producing between 400 and 450HP will be used in an all new and all steel body. The new NSX could be released in the US by mid 2003.
    5 Valves per cylinder?

    Also...........ALL STEEL??

but will they sell it? isnt it almost impossible to pass a V8 on jap roads cause of the strict engine emission rules?

I don't think we will know anything until the thing is actually released

    I personally expect a 3.5l V6...
