    coilovers in aust.

Hey, my springs and shocks have had it really. Need sum new gear. Just wondering as to where people have been getting there coilover setups from. Ive seen quite a few on eBay but they seem too cheap and only include the sleeves. i have a '91 accord. A place in SA would be a big plus but if i have to get it shipped from melbourne or sydney its no big drama.

    thanks

Those sleeves are apparently quite shit...

If you are willing to spend the money go for a well known brand.

I just bought/installed some tein's but no rego to try them out

alot probably from the traders here. they offer the best prices around. Tein SS apparently are very popular. 16 level damper settings + height adjustable. Heard great reviews. Or alternatively you can buy off eBay US which is more risky. They have cheap US brand shocks like KYB and Tokico (sounds japanese, but went to their webiste and they say its an american company!) or the BFYB Koni gear.

KYB is a jap brand man and very good at that. But just like with many other products USA also have there own branch. Just as reference KYB make shocks for Cusco coilovers.

hey thanks...i had a look and they do offer a setup for CB accords. If money gets tight and i decide not to go with coilovers i will most likely just get some nice low springs like lovells or super low king springs with KYB gas shocks or something because i have heard a lot of good thngs about kyb gear.

I'll have to investigate into prices now and see which way i should head.

    Thanks for the help guys
