    What is your budget?
Totally agree with aaronng. I had my 2010 Euro base model delivered a month ago and I noticed in my brochure that only base model gets a full-size spare wheel and only a temporary for luxury model. It is easy to understand that Honda have attempted to cut the cost of luxury model since they are fitted with 4 x Michelin Primacy HP (must be expensive). However, mine has got Yoko Decibel E70 - Attention! They are not V550 DB and not available from Bob-jane t-mart). So I guess those Yokos must be cheap and that's why they can afford to give you a full-size spare.
