    (SYD)where to machine koni yellow's groove

    Hi :
    I just want to add one or two notch on my rear koni yellow to make the spring sits a little bit lower, any good workshops around Sydney can do it , cheers

    Umm, what spring are you using, and what drop does it offer? Because if you lower the seating position of the cup, the spring has an increased chance of falling out over bumps etc. What sort of drop are you after?

    he is using king springs , with a 1.8ish inch drop. Its not low enough...and its still held inside the shock length.

    So , the only way to make it alittle lower is to scribe another level below the lowest - ive seen egSi and Mcchook do this on koni yellows and its perfectly safe.(if done properly lol)

    how much lower do u want to go exactly? i replied with duesta account b4.
    i looked into this before but my springs only drop 1.3", and i was after another 1" under the lowest in the rear, which is way too much as the seat cup will be very close to the LCA

    and about 6 in the front..

    get it done at tsubo tuning..

    Let him know an asian guy recommended you peoeple..
    Ive been there twice to do it...

    he was surprised at first with my request

    look for any tuning place.
    else proven products would be able to point you to the right direction
