Removing fuel filter on B18C

Where do I get the tool to remove the Fuel Filter on a B18C (95 DC2)?

I can't remember the exact size of the top of my head, but i think it's 15mm. I went to Repco to get the tool, but they only had 14mm and 16mm. Westmore Honda in Brisbane had no idea what I'm talking about.

if ur referring to the fittment on top of the filter
i just used an open end spanner
cant rem what size

just be sure you dont round the bolt head, its a really tight bolt if i remember!! and i think it is a 15mm

I tried an open ended 15mm spanner, didnt have any luck. Do I need a slightly larger/longer one for a bit more torque?
