ive got EK9 coilovers on my car(a coupe). most jap brands will only make for ek9 (civic type R) and they fit without a hitch.

Yep, poor info. by me. If the model came with a b16 then it is an em1 compared to the d16 which is not designated as part of the em series (http://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=694733).
See a good post? Give it a PQ point.

I had Apexi N1 Coilovers in my EM1 VTiR Civic Coupe. They were orginally fitted to a EK VTiR Hatch. Had no problems with the change over.
PS: Was a hell of alot of fun to drive with the coilovers to

but i am wondering is it really needs to have a coilovers just on street
or just get a set of damper adjustable and lower it with spring? heaps cheaper?
