currently using toyo t1r's on my dc2r, awesome improvment over my shitty falkens. i can go faster in the went on the toyos then i could in the dry on the falkens. they are great value for money but they have alot of roll. took me a while to find the right pressure to run them at to get the right balance i was after. im amazed by their wet weather performance tho.

    1. $150 (have seen them as low as $130)

    3. Excellent. When i first bought the car I had 14' dunlop le mans, which were absolute shite, although good as far as treadwear goes.

These tyres are excellent both in the wet and dry. The grip limit is very high, but the breakaway is still gradual so they arent scary.

Similar story in the wet, unless your punting pretty damn hard you wont find the limit of them. With brand new deep tread, at town speeds (60kmh) i was unable to make them aquaplane, but I wasnt going crazy.

We use Advan 048 for all our track car. Very goood once you get them to the right temperature. There more for race condition i.e 10-15 laps. I've heard that the Toyo RA1 are a very good tyre to short sprints i.e 2-5 laps. Havn't experience Toyo R888.
