    if they have already given you a courtesy car and free floor matts, i think that is more than enough haha - im sure they are doing all they can, both sides need to remain patient with this one

    the fact that this is a new car can come with such problems is almost beyond acceptable aint it?

    not really... "beyond acceptable" is definitely too strong a term... more like unfortunate or frustrating. The dealership isn't at fault and it sounds like they are doing more than enough to try and help you out and like yfin said some dealers wouldn't even give you a reason to why it's late they'd just say it's delayed.

    Another update:

    I just got the car, it's got 9kms on it. Everything seems sweet. Is the VSA button supposed to be black even though the car has a cream interior?

    Yep my black Euro has a dark grey VSA button.
