Brake pads?

Hey yo this is a really nooby question but anyways my brake pads are worn hard, everytime i hit the brakes it makes that metal squealing noise...just wondering is it possible to get this done anywhere in autoshops (in the past I've just gone to my honda dealer which is an hour away and got it done), also wondering how much does it usually cost? (cause i usually get it done with my service so I dont take notice of how much it usually costs.) one of my mates quoted like $50 and another quoted like $150+

Yes, you can get your pads replaced at the usual mechanics. If you have a preference for pads, you can buy it and then bring it to the mechanics to have them install it. Tried Hanny's yet?
