And to quite simply put it, if you dont like the rules, then dont come on here. I dont mind that the moderators have been a bit tougher on the latest weenors to have come on this site, some of the crap that comes out of peoples mouths is a joke.

While im here, do something about the forced induction subsection, the amount of mouthing off that goes on there is stupid ffs.

As Panda stated. I am open to any constructive feedback/criticism and will take that information on board. The mods have a seperate area where issues are raised and discussed and this assists the entire site to run more smoothly and operate as a community forum. Personally, if people continue to have concerns I am sure that we as a community would like to have them raised and attempt to deal with them.

It obviously offended the bloke. His response broke more rules and was unnecesary, so i think both are too blame for this. I think both deservered warnings IMO. Maybe the ban released with a warning, and maybe a warning for jinrai from another mod? im not sure

After reading all these posts, and even referring back to the thread in the lounge, its pretty evident TRMN8A was stirred by JINRAI... I'm not sure if JINRAI has a personal vendetta against this other guy or what, but I am pretty sure TRMN8A didn't deserve to have a smart-alec remark made back to him trying to criticise what he posted. Frankly I believe it should be a two way street, not only TRMN8A should have been banned but also JINRAI as well, even though he is a mod. There should be equal treatment, thats what I think we are all crying out for... I'll speak on behalf of many when I say "where are our rights?"

it doesn't matter whether one person was stirred by another. In a court of law, if you killed someone because they "provoked" you doesn't mean you will get a lesser sentence. (you only get a lesser sentence because you had a good lawyer).

It comes down to the individual to control their temper and emotions.

[CiVIC] your rights as a member still stands, ozhonda is a free service and you can't forget that. you can make constructive comments to try and make this place better. you are not forced to use this free service.

Now this is my personal opinion so feel free to reply constructivly. Sadly, alot of members here are still kids. and i m sure most of more senior members here will agree as they've gone through this stage already. And with a forum, it is what its members. It is sad to see some other forums are laughing at ozhonda for some of the dumbest posts ever created. Recently i've noticed ozhonda have lost its goals and aim. It used to be a resourceful online hang out with alot of people showing respect for each other and helping each other before shouting "n00b" "seach before you post", but i reckon its turning out to be one big spam thread
