    unlocking security code

    brother just got a sony cdxm800 deck from a friend and needs to unlock the security code... anyone have an idea what it could be?? cheers

    My guess would be look up the barcode on the back and call up sony. They might be able to help.


    Alternatively, speak with the old owner.

    yeah get the serial number and call sony

    although for people that need the code to their factory unit they should just call their local honda and give em their VIN number and 95% of the time they'll be able to find it on the computer for you

    etch the code onto the unit itself
