just confirming that it is R-81 so i can give it to my spraypainter..

and i see everywhere on the net that it says tricoat/clearcoat

does that mean u need 3 coats plus a clearcoat ontop

i wonder why on this site http://www.insightcentral.net/KB/faq-accessories.html it says that milano red is R-510

Eurodude my car isnt originally milano red.

its not always the same as i give that to my panel beater and it wasnt the same. i heard that milano red changed 3 times in the last 7-9 yrs. so maybe ur panel beater can get ur fuel cover and bring it to the paint shop to match.

Try getting a different colour that isnt very common. But also something not too far over the top.

i was going on a different colour but then the boot/inside doors/engine bay wont match
so i have to go for a red..
