What about users that have been using these from the begining? Do we have to change to ISP ones? Will we lose all our rep points?

You won't have to change your email address.

However for users who register new or anyone who wants to change their email address as of NOW......then they will be affected.

You won't lose your rep points, not sure why you thought you'd lose them?
