Pioneer Headunit

Hi guys

Im not sure if you guys know about this but my screen on my headunit has gone completely blank *cry*

Anyone know what could be wrong, i know it happend before because i short circut a wire but how does that happen...i miss my perty pictures

i want to take it back to strathfield car radio but when i purchased it they said they dont have insurance for it because i wouldnt let them install it for $200 even when i paid like $1500 for it tight asses...

9600mp, slide down face or should i say 2 faces? sounds like an American unit to me by the model number, and if it is the one that has 2 faces then it could be the ribbon cable is cactus
