    ..

if its jsut the caliper.. dont worry about it.. if the disc are the same size.. the upgrade would be only slightly better... as the EK4 calipers aren't that big anyways... go ITR...

although wiht that said.. the EK4 brakes are good enough for the cars weight... no real pt upgrading unless your chasing crazy power.

i dunno if barefoot has been looking at Cxi brakes but seeing as you have a Gli sedan nick you should really check. i've just looked at my mums GLi sedan and i am 100% positive they are 262mm,same rotor size as EK4. i know for a fact that EK4 isnt any bigger than this as next rotor size up in honda range is 282mm which is ITR
its just really gonna suck if you end up buying EK4 assembly and find there was no point.

yeah this definitely can be true. I've only worked on hatchbacks.

nickers u definately have ek4 brakes all round on your car.

ek1 sedans and hatches are different.

for better braking performance on the cheap, gut your car.

    OR

get some hairy pads and slotted rotors. with no power plant change/forced induction, theres no need to go too crazy.

    sedans
    oh wrd!

I would say so but not 100& positive.

    |N| - If you have an EK1 CXi, then yeah, you would need to get knuckles aswell, EK1 GLi SEDAN knuckles which will allow you to run the bigger 262mm rotors & calipers. If you have an EK1 GLi sedan, dont listen to a word ive said...

I went to the wreckers and got it off a gli ek hatch and the calipers are different in sizes ??? and i know when i ordered my brake pads they had 2 different part numbers too and so i didnt want to fit it in coz i just put in 2 brand new ebc new front pads and all i did was brake them in and then the squeaking started to happen so i need to find the same caliper. I called Good Performance and the guy said that he only has one if the knuckles have the number 14 on it and not 13, does anyone know what this means ?
