not bad for a motor that only puts out 118HP stock!

I think mid-high 15s are more within the range of this motor. I put out 102HP from the D16A8 and that gets me 15.8s. given the 85 hatch can be a little lighter I think thats around the figure you'd expect.

pic of my D16A3 in the CRX

any mods to your d16a8 to put out that figure, and is that at the wheels? i got an a8 in my g1 integra, and i'm trying to confirm a figure at the wheels

also, of the 3 chassi (civic, crx, integra) would i be right in saying that the integra would be the heaviest?

i have intake, RS*R headers and a redone exhaust with a LUKEY turbo muffler or what ever they are. and yes - thats 102 at wheels.

I think you'd be correct - teg would be the heaviest. Very close between the Civic/CRX i think the hatch civic being just a 'touch' lighter even than the crx.

Fat_85_civic - sorry about hijacking your thread here.

You're forgettin that this car weighs a lot less to the del sol...

And as saxman said, theres no such thing as a stock b16 that pulling 120ish kw atw.
k20's dont even pull that much stock!

there is a good debate around that I think... technically any dyno should be run in 4th because 4th gear is final drive ration to 1 which gives the most accurate output figure - 3rd will give a higher torque value but in my opinion not the accurate output figure.

I dynoed my GENONE once - and its an AUTO... so they did it in 2nd gear instead of drive. fk all indication of wht the power is.

yeah - that sounds about right alot also depends on the dyno, the atmospheric conditions etc. so don't get too stressed if you get 90 as on another dyno you may get 95 and on a different day you may get 105...
